TERMS
The general terms and conditions set forth below shall apply to all sales of goods by Zuriell and its partners through the online store dot.zuriell.ro to the Buyer and may be modified at any time by Zuriell without prior notice.
Thus, the following terms shall mean:
Buyer – the natural person / legal person or other legal entity issuing an Order.
Seller – ZURIELL, with the trade name ZURIELL DOT SRL, having its registered office at Strada Drumul Agatului nr 66A, et 3, ap 14A, sector 1, Bucharest, CP 013907, registration number at the Trade Register J40/23114/2022, CUI RO47208211.
Goods – any product, including the documents and services mentioned in the Order, to be supplied by the Seller to the Buyer.
Order – an electronic document which is a form of communication between the Seller and the Buyer, by which the Seller agrees to deliver the Goods and the Buyer agrees to receive these Goods and to make payment for them.
Contract – an Order confirmed by the Seller.
Intellectual Property Rights – all intangible rights such as know-how, copyright and rights in kind in copyright, database rights, design rights, design rights, patents, trademarks and domain name registrations for any of the above.
Website – the domain dot.zuriell.ro and its subdomains.
